An Apartment in the city, lessons in Fencing, Archery, Driving, Sign Language, as well as other things, get a large space and supplies to try metal work, tons more supplies to experiment with sewing, Supplies to try out plastic/vinyl doll making. Basically I'd just make and learn in my own space. I think it goes without saying that I would put money toward local charities aswell as sharing it out with friends and family.
