In my opinion, Ebay is bad for hand made things, I've put loads on and only ever had one sold!!

I think you should stick to Etsy... I don't think the fees are bad seeing as it's listed for four whole months!!

I have been having great luck with etsy; I went away from ebay after the fourth time of getting scammers that bid on my auctions You go to collect, and poof, they're gone. I don't even know what they were trying to accomplish, it's not like I would send the product without receiving money!

Yeah 20 cents per listing for 4 months is an awesome deal, and you are supposed to charge your buyers for postage, so that doesn't come out of your pocket. I signed up for Etsy earlier this year and have made 100+ sales *shrug*

thankyou for the advice, I feel alot better about etsy now - got an account in 2007 and still haven't used it! been too nervous.

I thought they were good rates but I just wanted to hear it from an experienced user.

I had the same problem with Ebay a couple of years ago, and I had a look through their listings but they dont seem to have much handmade-wise.
